Feeling and Looking Good as Time Goes On

Time changes many things, including the way we look and feel. Skin may show the effects of tanning, regrettable tattoos, and a natural loss of firmness and glow. Hair may appear where we do not want it and thin where we do. Changes in urinary or sexual health can also affect confidence in very personal ways. At BIS Aesthetics, my approach is to provide medically guided, personalized treatments that help patients feel healthier, more comfortable, and more confident as time goes on.

Skin Care Without Injections or Fillers

Many patients want younger-looking skin, but they do not want injections, fillers, or painful procedures. I do not offer injectables. Instead, I focus on treatments that support the quality of the skin itself, including options that improve tone, texture, sun damage, discoloration, fine lines, acne-related concerns, and overall radiance.

One treatment I use is microchanneling, a gentle skin-rejuvenation option that creates very small channels in the skin to help deliver targeted serums more effectively. It is not as deep as microneedling, making it a good option for patients who want visible skin support without the discomfort associated with more aggressive treatments.

I use Toskani, a European professional skin-care line developed through ongoing scientific research. Based on each patient’s needs, I select customized “cocktails” of serums to support hydration, brightening, age-related skin concerns, and overall skin revitalization.

Hair Growth

Hair can be one of the most frustrating parts of aging. It may thin on the scalp, while unwanted hair appears on the face or body. I offer treatment options for both hair restoration and unwanted hair reduction.

Laser energy is absorbed by pigment in the hair and skin. You can think of pigment as metal and the laser as a magnet. If the hair is gray, white, or very light, there may not be enough pigment for the laser to target effectively.

Hair removal and hair restoration both require multiple treatments because hair grows in cycles. Hair restoration treatment plans are also based on the patient’s hair pattern, goals, and response.

Urinary and Sexual Health

Authentic aging also includes concerns patients may feel embarrassed to discuss, including urinary leakage, urgency, pelvic floor weakness, and changes in sexual wellness.

I offer Emsella, a noninvasive treatment that uses electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Patients remain fully clothed during treatment, and there is no surgery or downtime. Emsella is designed to improve urinary incontinence in both men and women. Some patients also report improvements in sexual wellness as pelvic floor strength improves.

Additional services available at BIS Aesthetics include IPL and laser facials, plasma skin rejuvenation, laser skin resurfacing, body contouring, scar and stretch mark treatment, acne repair, and tattoo removal.
