The Center for Healing and Integration (CHI) is a new sanctuary for holistic healing for the mind, body, and soul. This spa-like center is a hidden gem, offering knowledgeable and compassionate guidance on an individual’s path to healing.

After 15 years as a therapist in private practice, Julie Rutkowski, LCSW and Founder of CHI, had the vision to collaborate and offer healing through multiple modalities in a serene space, both in the Chicago area and across the globe. “Everyone benefits from therapy, but not everyone’s healing journey is the same,” she said. Rutkowski believes integrating many therapies leads to true relief and a fuller life.

After finding the right group of practitioners, who believed in her vision and had a similar mindset, Rutkowski’s idea came to fruition. They became a collaborative team and opened the doors of CHI in August 2022. In less than a year, they have continued to grow and expand, offering services for individuals and groups, as well as private events.

The beautiful space provides services such as Yoga Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki, Nutrition, Talk Therapy, Meditation, Sound Healing, and more. These services give clients the opportunity to connect with the therapy that speaks to them while opening the door to new ways to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually.

“Our caring practitioners work together for the best of our clients. We meet clients where they are and will tailor sessions to meet their needs,” said Rutkowski. “Our services complement each other, making CHI unique.”

The CHI team continues to creatively brainstorm new offerings. They plan to develop programs for teens, grieving families, corporate wellness, and destination retreats. They will offer continuing experiential education for varying professions.

lthough every path is different, the Center for Healing and Integration can help navigate each journey
to healing.
