The Community House’s 18th annual Walk the Walk for Mental Health turned out with 700 participants this year, walking to help support access to mental health services for the local community.

The walk began with local fitness and health and wellness vendors, an opening ceremony, and then ended with a post-walk ceremony featuring food trucks, games, music, and face painting.

Held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, it was a special one-mile Color Walk to recognize mental and physical wellness, mental health services, and to end the stigma surrounding conversations about mental health with loved ones.
